This garment is called dashiki, i'ts originally from Ghana is worn by men and women is colourful and also it covers top half of the body just like a t-shirt but a bit longer. I found the pattern on the garment interesting and instead of having it, as a flat piece I want to see how will the patterns will look like if it was designed into a 3D piece.
